Established way back in 1982, the OCUS Skyscrapers Realty Limited, formerly known as Prakash Infrastructure and Developers Ltd., has been a part of the real estate industry for over three decades.

The group has come a long way since its inception and the organization as a whole has made dynamic strides to become a brand which is respected and admired across the industry. This confidence comes from the group’s unwavering commitment to deliver quality and maintaining an open dialogue with the stakeholders at all times.

The Group today has investments across four business verticals viz.Ocus Real Estate, OCUS Business Centres, OCUS Hospitality & OCUS Facility Management.

Apart from the principal activity of creating unprecedented landmarks under the business vertical OCUS Developments, we are now aiming for a larger role by providing services  that are responsive and unreserved to add value to the real estate industry and investors. 

The considerable projects executed by the OCUS Group include OCUS Technopolis and OCUS Technopolis2. Both the projects offer a multitude of services apart from exquisitely designed work spaces. The international organizations that occupy these work spaces as tenants stand a testimony to the quality of our delivery and timely manner in which these projects have been executed. We are coming up with our most exciting project Medley.
